Deion Sanders and Colorado are on a roll right now, as the Buffaloes are 8-2 and right there in the thick of things in the Big 12 race, as well as the College Football Playoff race.
Things got better off the field on Thursday, as they got a commitment from 1 of the best players in the country in quarterback Julian Lewis.
“Coach Prime always says that the best players are gonna play and I wanna come in and compete..

Lewis made his announcement on The Pat McAfee Show, after he announced he was no longer committed to USC on Sunday.
According to the 247Sports Composite rankings, Lewis is the No. 35 player in the country and the No. 6 quarterback in the class. He reclassified from the 2026 class to 2025.
The Buffaloes will lose quarterback Sheduer Sanders to the NFL after this season, and Lewis told McAfee that being able to play early was important.
“I wouldn’t have much fun sitting on the bench, and I wanted to come somewhere that I have a chance to play,” Lewis said.
The Buffaloes have a big game on Saturday at a Kansas team that just upset previously undefeated BYU last week on the road.
