Deion Sanders gives speech to Jackson State players informing them he’s taking Colorado job

Deion Sanders is officially the new head coach at Colorado, moving to the Power 5 ranks after having a great deal of success at Jackson State.
After winning the SWAC Championship Game on Saturday, Sanders met with his players on campus, letting them know his decision.
As you can see below, Coach Prime held a long meeting with his players, providing open and honest dialogue about his choice to head to the Pac-12:

“It’s not about a bag,” Sanders says at one point. “sI’ve been getting bag for a long time. This is about an opportunity.”
