INT King: Jameis Winston opens NFL's Saturday action with two interceptions on his first three pass attempts
Jameis Winston continues to share the ball.
Unfortunately, for the Buccaneers, that means more interceptions.
Incredibly, Winston now has interceptions on four of Tampa’s five latest opening drives. How he remains the team’s starter is a mystery at this point but if he continues to start, he’ll have the opportunity to finish the season with five opening drives interceptions in the final six weeks of the season.
Following his latest Pick Six, Winston has tied Peyton Manning for the most Pick Six interceptions in a single season with, ironically, six. Manning’s record came back in 2001.
Winston’s first interception of the day came during the second play from scrimmage:

The second interception thrown by Winston was also returned for a touchdown but the return was called back due to penalty. The interception still stood.

Somehow, Winston managed to throw two interceptions in three pass attempts.
