Keon Coleman, former FSU standout, scores 1st NFL TD
Keon Coleman has recorded his first career professional touchdown.
Coleman’s Buffalo Bills are in action against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Monday night. The Bills offensive is having its way with the Jags in the 1st half. Buffalo had 1st-and-10 on the Jacksonville 24-yard line when Josh Allen found Coleman deep, and the former Florida State standout only needed to go a few more yards to cross the goal line.

The catch was Coleman’s first on the night. The former Seminole has had an up-and-down start to his rookie campaign. Coleman had a solid 4 catches on 5 targets for 51 yards in the season-opener against Arizona. In Week 2, at Miami, Coleman did not record a catch, logging only 1 target in the Bills’ 31-10 win over the Dolphins.
Coleman was a standout on Florida State’s 13-win 2023 team. A 12-game starter, Coleman recorded 50 catches for 658 yards and a career-high 11 touchdowns. He also contributed to FSU’s special teams, logging 25 punt returns for 300 yards with a long of 72. He became the first FSU player to earn three first-team all-conference honors in one season, being named first-team All-ACC wide receiver, all-purpose player and return specialist.
Coleman was drafted by the Bills with No. 33 overall pick in the second round of the 2024 NFL Draft.
