Oregon is now in need of a head coach after Mario Cristobal left for Miami on Monday morning.

The Ducks are a powerful program in the Pac-12, so there should be plenty of big-name candidates in the mix for the job.

ESPN reporter Adam Rittenberg believes the Ducks should go “all in” on former LSU DC Dave Aranda, who is now the head coach at Baylor:

Aranda has reportedly agreed to a new contract to remain at Baylor, but Rittenberg said nothing is done yet.

Would Aranda be a better fit at Oregon? Rittenberg thinks so, but Aranda just led Baylor to the Sugar Bowl, where he’ll face a tough Ole Miss team. We’ll see if he wants to leave what he’s built in Waco in only 1 year at the helm of the program.
