Report: Miami expected to part ways with key assistant following Independence Bowl
The Miami Hurricanes are playing in Thursday’s Independence Bowl against Louisiana Tech.
It’s not where Miami wanted to be heading into the season, but it’ll be important for this team to finish on a positive note under coach Manny Diaz.
However, on Thursday afternoon, it was reported by Tim Reynolds that the Hurricanes are expected to part ways with OC Dan Enos after the game:
Barring a significant change in plans, the Miami Hurricanes and offensive coordinator Dan Enos are expected to part ways after today’s Independence Bowl.

The Hurricanes enter the game at 6-6, with a loss to Florida International on the schedule.
If Enos does indeed leave after the game, it’ll be interesting to see where he ends up. He’s spent time at Arkansas and Alabama in the past, so a return to the SEC could be possible.
