Social media shreds Les Miles over report of paying off player at Kansas

Les Miles is once again making the wrong kind of headlines. On Sunday, it was reported by the Kansas City Star that after a Kansas player told coaches of being threatened by teammates, KU reached a confidential settlement with the player, paying him $50,000 to leave the school.

The report has made Miles a trending topic on Twitter. Users of the social media platform are shredding Miles, calling his KU tenure a disaster. Some users are wondering what else might have gone on at LSU when Miles was head coach of the Tigers. Findings from an investigation at LSU, including Miles’ alleged treatment of female employees, led to his dismissal as KU’s head coach earlier this year.
