It happened after Kansas State’s touchdown to go up 11 points (21-10) in the 3rd quarter. Clark was shown swinging at TE Ben Sinnott. The punch did not land, but Clark squared up looking for a fight. Despite throwing a punch, he was not ejected.

There has been a lot of action in the 3rd quarter in Arlington. TCU got the deficit back to single digits, making it 21-17 after recovering a muffed punt.
With one top-4 team having already lost a conference championship game, the college football world is closely watching to see if the No. 3 Horned Frogs come back to pull it out. A KSU win would potentially open up another College Football Playoff spot. The game is airing on ABC.
