Texas A&M lands elite pass rusher for 2016 class
Texas A&M’s defensive line talent keeps getting better and better.
Justin Madubuike, a four-star pass rusher in the 2016 class, has verbally committed to Aggies:
Happy to say that I have committed to The Texas A&M Aggies! #Gig 'em #ItsAboutUs
— Justin Madubuike (@JMadubuike15) September 18, 2015
Madubuike’s rated the seventh-best strong-side defensive end in the country for next year’s class, according to 247Sports. His commitment gives the Aggies 15 players for 2016, a group currently ranked inside the Top 20 nationally.
Madubuike produces raw power at 6-foot-3, 255 pounds and fits the mold defensive coordinator John Chavis is looking for in players coming off the edge.
The Texas native chose the Aggies over offers from Baylor, Texas and several others.
