Texas A&M defensive back Victor Davis was arrested for shoplifting in Rosenberg, Texas recently according to the Rosenberg Police Department. The RPD included Davis’ mugshot on its Facebook and Twitter accounts in a “Rosenberg’s Most Wanted” post on Saturday. The arrest was first reported by SBNation.


The redshirt freshman and former four-star prospect was arrested “within the last two weeks” at a Kohl’s Department Store according to RPD.

Davis was listed as the backup corner for DeShazor Everett on the Aggies’ most recent depth chart at SEC Media Days.

Several other Texas A&M players have been arrested this offseason. Darian Claiborne and Isaiah Golden were charged with aggravated robbery in June and were dismissed from the team by coach Kevin Sumlin.
