Albert Regis knows this season has been a tough one at Texas A&M, but the defensive line keeps a balanced perspective.

Speaking with reporters on Monday ahead of the LSU game, Regis said, “emotionally, there have been ups and downs, but that’s life. Every day you wake up, it’s a blessing that you do. Each day will have ups and downs.”

To defend LSU QB Jayden Daniels, Regis said, the Aggies need to keep him contained in the pocket.

The Aggies may be 4-7, but that doesn’t change Texas A&M’s approach.

“We are approaching this game just like we do every other game,” Regis said. “Our mindset won’t change. Unfortunately, yes, this is our last game, but we’ll approach it like we do every other game.”

As for the atmosphere at Kyle Field, Regis believes there’ll be plenty of juice.

“We’ll have juice regardless because it’s a blessing to play this sport at this level,” he said. “What’s not exciting about that? It’s a blessing to step out on Kyle Field… Why not have as much juice as you can?”
