Don’t expect Christian Kirk to play favorites as the young standout receiver for the Cardinals supports both Josh Rosen and Kyler Murray.

That’s not a surprise to Texas A&M fans that have followed the receiver over the years as the mature beyond his years Kirk has a reputation for being a team-first player dating back to his high school days. After hauling in 45 passes for 590 yards and three scores last season from Rosen during his rookie season, Kirk looks poised to be catching passes from Murray next season after the Cardinals selected the Oklahoma signal caller with the first pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

Be that as it may, Kirk plans to be supportive of whatever decision the franchise makes and plans to have the back of both players, even if Rosen is currently the odd man out in the desert.

“Both these guys have been good friends of mine for years now and will always be. Gonna support them no matter what,” Kirk tweeted out on Friday. “So you can miss me with all “traitor” talk. No favorites being played around here, I’m gonna show love regardless.”

Kirk was Arizona’s second-round selection in the 2018 NFL Draft, followed by the team’s first rounder, Rosen. Kirk and Murray were both on Texas A&M’s team during the 2015 season before Murray left the program immediately after that season came to an end.
