Sternberger is in Year 3 of his professional career. Green Bay picked Sternberger in the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft. As a rookie, Sternberger had 3 catches for 15 yards and a touchdown in the 2019 postseason. He followed that up with 12 catches for 114 yards and a TD in 2020.
Sternberger started the 2021 season with an NFL suspension for a violation of the league’s substance policy.
We’ll see if his time in Seattle leads to an active roster opportunity.
