Injured Texas A&M WR Camron Buckley announces his plans for 2021 season
Now that Texas A&M has finished its 2020 campaign with a strong Orange Bowl win over North Carolina, it’s time for key players to make their 2021 decisions.
Since the 2020 season won’t count toward eligibility for players, even seniors are able to return for 2021 if they so choose.
On Sunday morning, senior WR Camron Buckley, who missed the 2020 season with a knee injury, got the ball rolling, announcing on Twitter that he’d be coming back in 2021:
Coming Back to help lead this team to even bigger accomplishments….This szn was just the appetizer https://t.co/ciS8KtpCp9

That’s a big boost for a young A&M receiving corps, as Buckley is an experienced receiver. In his 3 healthy years with the Aggies, he has recorded 62 catches for 877 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Now, we’ll have to see if QB Kellen Mond comes back or if a new quarterback is throwing passes to Buckley and the wide outs in 2021.
