Texas A&M lost a key player following the Aggies defeat at Clemson on Saturday.

Coach Jimbo Fisher announced on Monday that starting RB Jashaun Corbin is out for the season because of a hamstring injury. Fisher added that Isaiah Spiller will be the new starting running back.

Corbin had 13 carries for 34 yards in the 24-10 loss at Clemson, with 2 catches for 4 yards.

Earlier this season, Corbin had 103 yards and a touchdown, his first 100-yard game, and 4 receptions for 12 yards and a touchdown in the win over Texas State.

Last season, he appeared in 12 of 13 games, and rushed for 346 yards and a touchdown on 61 attempts, and led the Aggies with 422 return yards. He was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team.
