Johnny Manziel had a message for Texas following the Longhorns’ loss to Washington in the Sugar Bowl on Monday evening.

The Texas A&M great made sure to let the Longhorns know of a significant date coming up: Nov. 30. That’s when the Aggies and Longhorns will meet on the gridiron for the 1st time since 2011.

With the Longhorns headed to the SEC in 2024, the back-and-forth between their program and the Aggies is sure to ignite. The 2 schools having not faced each other for nearly a decade-and-a-half will make for a highly-anticipated showdown in College Station in November, a game that Manziel is sure to attend.

Texas A&M, however, has a long way to go as far as the all-time series is concerned: the Longhorns hold a commanding 76-37-5 lead over the Aggies all-time. We’ll see if A&M can start to close that gap with its rival starting in November, and if it can return to the road of respectability with Mike Elko taking the reins in Aggieland.
