The Texas A&M Aggies are back on campus and are resuming voluntary football activities this week, as is much of the SEC.

The Aggies have some major expectations heading into this season, so it will be important for them to get on the same page quickly.

Upon returning to campus, QB Kellen Mond said the important thing over the next few weeks will be finding the team identity and figuring out how each player fits into the system (via 12thman.com):

“I think the number one thing is just finding our identity…new guys and even experienced guys, trying to find out their roles, and figure out how we can execute to the best of our ability this year. We have a lot of talent, and we’ve got to figure out how to plug those puzzle pieces in.”

Mond and the Aggies will have to replace a couple of receivers on offense, but there is a lot of talent returning to College Station.

Is this the year A&M takes a step forward and competes for an SEC West title?
