Texas A&M’s hot streak in recruiting continues as the Aggies just landed a commitment from coveted in-state offensive lineman Matthew Wykoff.

The Magnolia native committed to Jimbo Fisher’s program over scholarship offers from Auburn, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Tennessee, Notre Dame and Penn State, among others. He announced his decision on Monday.

The 6-foot-5, 304-pound Wykoff is rated as a three-star prospect, the No. 34 offensive tackle in the country and a top 400 prospect nationally in the 2021 recruiting cycle by 247Sports Composite Rankings.

“First and foremost, I want to thank God, my family, my friends, and my coaches because without you, I would not be where I am today. I am so blessed to be able to play the game I love at the next level. I am appreciative to all the schools who have seen my potential and offered me. It has been an enjoyable recruiting process as I have enjoyed learning about each of you. I am excited to announce I have committed to Texas A&M University. Gig ‘Em”
