A McNeese State player is alleging that a Texas A&M defensive back spit in one of his teammates faces during their Week 2 clash on Saturday afternoon.

That accusation was shared on social media by McNeese State linebacker Micah Davey. He claims that Texas A&M’s Will Lee III spit in one of his teammate’s faces during the game.

Davey followed up that message a couple hours later saying that he has multiple teammates who were spit on by Texas A&M players:

So far, there hasn’t been any video evidence emerge to prove that such an incident occurred. Lee, who is in his first season with Texas A&M after transferring from Kansas State, recorded an interception in the win on Saturday but no other statistics.

Davey was McNeese State’s leading tackler in this game with 8 total tackles. He also registered 1 sack.

This accusation comes at the end of a 52-10 Texas A&M victory. The Aggies were dominant on both sides of the ball and ended up earning the first win of the Mike Elko era on Saturday.

At this time it’s unclear if anyone at Texas A&M will be addressing these claims publicly.
