Mike Elko and the Texas A&M Aggies have won 3 games in a row after a season-opening loss to Notre Dame.

The coach knows, though, that his team will have to be prepared to play to make it 4 wins in a row. The Aggies will head to Dallas to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks in Week 5.

The Razorbacks, like the Aggies, are 3-1 and hoping to add another SEC win to their resume.

Ahead of the matchup, Elko credited Arkansas’ ground game.

“Arkansas’ running game is a challenge. When they have dual threats in the backfield, it makes it harder,” Elko said on the Aggie Football Hour on Wednesday evening. “The biggest thing, like always, is we have to win the line of scrimmage. Our defensive line has to control the line of scrimmage, and then we have to be good tacklers.”

Ja’Quinden Jackson is averaging 6.8 yards per carry and has 472 yards already. Quarterback Taylen Green is the other threat Elko mentioned, as the QB has 325 rushing yards of his own.

For each of these teams, getting a 2nd SEC win would be huge. Texas A&M has won the last 2 matchups in this series.

The Aggies and Razorbacks will kick off from AT&T Stadium on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET.
