Myles Garrett believes he was slumping in 2015
Myles Garrett may have been the most feared pass rusher in college football during the 2015 season.
But don’t try to tell him that.
According to TexAgs radio host Gabe Bock, Garrett characterized his 2015 season as a slump:
Myles Garrett thought he had a slump in '15, falling short of his goal of 15 S, 20 TFL and NATL Defensive POY. On '16 goals: "You'll see."

That’s a scary thought for opposing quarterbacks with the Aggies on their schedule for the 2016 season.
Garrett led the SEC and ranked 5th in the FBS with 12.5 sacks in 2015, and his 19.5 tackles for loss tied him for 8th in the nation.

If the words of his strength and conditioning coach are any indication, he’s priming himself to surpass those numbers in 2016:
Larry Jackson on Myles Garrett: "When he takes his shirt off, it looks like I'm doing my job."

More from Larry Jackson on Myles Garrett: "If I had a team full of Garrett's, I could sit in my office all day and we would win every game."

Garrett was just a sophomore in 2015, and is considered to be one of the top prospects for the 2017 NFL Draft.
