For former Texas A&M QB Johnny Manziel, it’s comeback season, and it seems to be going well so far.

On Tuesday, Manziel threw at Texas A&M’s pro day, and it seemed to be a good thing for the former Heisman Trophy winner.

And now, according to the Boston Herald, Manziel is drawing interest from the New England Patriots, which would be a very intriguing landing spot for him:

According to a source, the Patriots spoke with Manziel both before the workout, as well as after the session.

Manziel landing in New England would be great for his career, as he could learn behind the legendary Tom Brady before potentially taking over for him a couple of years down the road.

We know coach Bill Belichick won’t tolerate any nonsense, too, so Manziel would have to stay clean if he wants to hold on to a roster spot.
