Texas A&M fans voice concern over Aggies’ slow start vs. UMass
By Adam Spencer
Published:
Texas A&M is hosting UMass in Week 12, doing its part to keep the SEC’s “Cupcake Week” alive and well.
The problem? The Minutemen apparently didn’t get the memo that they were supposed to be an easy win for a much-maligned Aggies squad.
Yes, the 3-7 Aggies hold a 10-3 lead at halftime over the 1-9 Minutemen, but that is still not good enough for a majority of fans and media members.
Here is some of the reaction to the Aggies’ lackluster start on Twitter:
Texas A&M is so trash ???

Texas A&M needs to cancel the football program if they lose to UMASS

Texas A&M’s offense is so complicated and Jimbo Fisher is such an unmitigated genius that only UMass can figure them out.
It’s clear these guys don’t want to play for him.

Obviously, this season has not gone according to plan for the Aggies. But a loss to UMass in College Station would be a new low for the program. Can the Aggies avoid a major upset?
