Texas A&M continues to see departures to the transfer portal.

PJ Williams, a former 4-star recruit, took to Twitter on Friday to announce he will be entering the transfer portal. Williams joins Haynes King, Tunmise Adeleye, and Denver Harris as the latest high-profile Aggies to announce intentions to transfer.

It is relevant to note that Williams was recently arrested for felony marijuana possession. The arrest took place while Williams was already facing an indefinite suspension for an “off-the-field incident”. Williams was the 8th-ranked offensive tackle in the 2022 class out of Dickinson High School in Dickinson, TX. Williams committed to A&M back in January 2021.

The Aggies just finished a 2022 season in which the team failed to qualify for a bowl game, going 5-7 on the year. The disappointing season has led to several players announcing their intentions to leave the program.
