Texas A&M fell out of both national polls Sunday.
No surprise, then, when the Aggies weren’t included in the second College Football Playoff Poll, released Tuesday night.

The Aggies were No. 19 last week in the playoff selection committee’s first rankings. That was six spots higher than their AP ranking and five spots higher than their Coaches Poll position.
Texas A&M then lost 26-10 to Auburn, its third loss in four games.
The primary culprit was an offense that struggled mightily one week after scoring 35 against South Carolina.
Kyler Murray threw three interceptions to seal the Aggies’ fate.
While no longer part of the playoff picture, Texas A&M is still battling for SEC bowl pecking order, with its regular season finale at LSU likely determining where it will spend the holiday season.
