Texas A&M is heating up on the 2023 recruiting trails after many fans and analysts expressed concern about a slow start to the cycle.

But, on Monday night, that class took a hit, as an elite cornerback, 4-star prospect Bravion Rogers of La Grange, Texas, decommitted from the program.

Rogers, the No. 39 overall prospect in the 2023 class, took to Twitter on Monday night to reveal his decision to reopen his recruitment:

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Rogers is the No. 5 cornerback in the class of 2023 and the No. 7 overall recruit from the state of Texas.

Texas A&M is now down to 9 players in its 2023 recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 46 in the nation, per 247Sports.
