Texas A&M will play Wake Forest in the Belk Bowl, according to multiple reports and confirmed by the bowl’s official Twitter account.

The Belk Bowl, which takes place in Charlotte, N.C. on Dec. 29, has been around since 2002. It was formerly called the Continental Tire Bowl and the Meineke Car Care Bowl. Belk has held the sponsorship since 2011.

Since 2014, the game began pitting an SEC team vs. an ACC team. So far, the SEC has won two out of three. Georgia defeated Louisville 37-14 in 2014, Mississippi State defeated NC State 51-28 in 2015, and Virginia Tech took down Arkansas 35-24 after an impressive comeback last season.

This will be the Aggies’ first trip to the Belk Bowl. They will be taking on a Wake Forest team that is 7-5 overall this season and tied for third in the ACC Atlantic Division.

Texas A&M also is 7-5 overall this season.
