Tyanthony Smith has made his decision.
Smith committed to Texas A&M on Friday evening. He chose the Aggies over USC, Oklahoma, Texas and several other top programs.

Smith is a huge pickup for the Aggies. He’s the No. 324 overall player and the No. 27 linebacker in the country for the class of 2024, according too 247Sports Composite rankings. He’s also the No. 54 player from the state of Texas.
He attends Jasper High School in Jasper, Texas. He’s listed at 6-foot-1, 205 pounds.
Smith took a pair of visits to Texas A&M before making this decision. His official visit was back on June 2, but he took another trip to College Station this past weekend. Smith also visited Texas, USC and Oklahoma during the month of June.
Texas A&M now has 14 commits in the class of 2024, including 3 from linebackers. The group sits at No. 15 in the country, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
