Von Miller, former Texas A&M LB, issued arrest warrant for alleged assault on pregnant woman

Von Miller, a former Texas A&M linebacker and 2-time Super Bowl champion, has been issued an arrest warrant and is charged with assaulting his longtime girlfriend, who is pregnant. The alleged incident took place at their home in Dallas.
Dallas police are attempting to get Miller to turn himself in, though Miller has not been arrested as of 12:20 p.m. ET.

According to the above report, police responded to a “major disturbance” at 11 a.m. Wednesday morning. Miller allegedly assaulted the victim and left the scene before officers arrived. Assaulting a pregnant person is a 3rd degree felony in the state of Texas.
The Buffalo Bills, which currently employs Miller, released the following statement on the news:
