WATCH: Texas A&M LB Tyrel Dodson snags momentum-shifting pick-six in Gator Bowl
The NC State Wolfpack are playing without some of their top players in the Gator Bowl on Monday night, but QB Ryan Finley is projected to be an NFL player next year.
However, he made a very bad throw during the third quarter of the game against Texas A&M, allowing LB Tyrel Dodson to snag an easy 78-yard pick-six that killed the Wolfpack’s momentum.
As you can see in the video below, Dodson steps in front of a crossing route and then it was off to the races:

Instead of giving NC State a chance to cut into the Aggies’ lead (or even tie the game), Dodson put them up by two scores with one big play.
Now, the momentum is squarely with the Aggies as the second half wears on.
