What Jimbo Fisher said after Texas A&M's 50-7 loss at LSU
Texas A&M had a rough night at LSU in a 50-7 loss as the Aggies were just 2-for-13 on third down conversions and 1-for-3 on fourth down.
Texas A&M had 3 interceptions and rushed for just 72 yards with 169 total yards.
Here’s what coach Jimbo Fisher said after the game:
Jimbo Fisher: Give LSU credit. They have a heck of a team and they kicked out butts in all three phases. They capitalized on our penalties and mistakes.

Fisher: Kellen [Mond] was pressured all night and we couldn’t get much going in the pass or run game.

Fisher: You have to match them and that is elite level ball. You have to execute and match the competition that those guys have. We obviously did not do that. That’s a very good team but we have to play better and I take responsibility because I have to coach better.

Fisher: We tried to do some 3-down stuff and we were trying to spy the QB and be diverse in pressures and bring it from different ways.

Fisher: You can’t dwell on it but you have to really look into what happened and why it happened … to put it in the memory bank and try to move forward.
