Bad day to be an official: Replacement referee run over during wild play during Georgia-Tennessee game

The original referee from the Tennessee-Georgia missed the second half of the game after suffering a reported calf strain, as detailed by the ESPN broadcast team, and his replacement didn’t fare much better after being trucked during a wild play in the contest.

If you missed it, linebacker Tae Crowder registered a touchdown on a scoop and score during the fourth quarter of the game and during the play, the replacement ref got trucked during the action of the play.

Like we said, rough day to be a referee inside Neyland Stadium.
