Butch Jones would choose Bruce Willis to portray him in a film version of Tennessee football
With spring camp in the rearview mirror and the long summer drought from football upon us, college coaches have a little extra time away from the game. With his small allowance of free time, Tennessee head coach Butch Jones took time recently to record an interview with Knoxville CBS affiliate WVLT-TV.
The interview’s objection was to ask 10 things Tennessee fans may not know about their fifth-year head football coach.
During the interview, Jones was asked a series of rapid-fire questions for fans to get a better understanding of who he is as a person. Some of the questions asked of Jones include his preferred dinner, the last movie he watched, the last song he listened to, his favorite color (not surprisingly his answer was orange), and which actor he would choose to portray him in a movie.

Coach Butch Jones: “Oh, great question. Bruce Willis.”
You’re stranded on an island and can take three things – what do you take?
Coach Butch Jones: “I would think the necessities: water, a blanket, and the third is it’s all about recruiting – my cell phone.”
What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
Coach Butch Jones: “I like to go shopping. I like watches and clothes and just kind of get your mind off of things for a little while. Shoes, Jordans.”
