No. 11 Tennessee’s offense feasted for all 4 quarters Saturday in a 63-6 win over Arkon, getting the Volunteers to 3-0. The way Akron coach Joe Moorhead put it, UT is too difficult to defend.

Wes Rucker of 247Sports shared some of Moorhead’s postgame comments. The former SEC head coach noted that it’s “pick your poison” when it comes to the Vols’ wide receiver trio of Cedric Tillman, Jalin Hyatt and Bru McCoy.

Hyatt finished with 5 catches for 166 yards and 2 touchdowns, leading all UT pass-catchers. Moorhead noted that if the defense schemes one way, the Vols will find a vulnerability to attack.

Through Week 3, Tennessee leads the SEC in scoring offense, averaging 52 points per game.
