By now, you certainly know that Tennessee lost to Georgia State 38-30 in Neyland Stadium on Saturday.
After the game, Tennessee WR Jordan Murphy saw a funny tweet about Georgia State collecting the $950K Tennessee paid for the game, and decided to retweet it.
It didn’t go over well with Vol fans, and Murphy ended up deleting the tweet, which you can see below:

Understandably, Vol Nation wasn’t thrilled with what Murphy decided to tweet, responding with angry tweets of their own:

Jordan Murphy wtf man?

Thought I’d give Jordan Murphy the benefit of the doubt. After reading through the tweets he didn’t delete after the game, he clearly doesn’t give a shit. I’d like to think there aren’t others on the team with that mindset but that might just be the biggest problem. No pride.

Jordan Murphy is now tweeting back at people who called him out. I'd say it would probably be more productive to get off the internet and watch game film and prep for BYU, but what do I know

Jordan Murphy does not want to be here. That is evident. He doesn't give a crap about this team. If I'm Jennings or Smith, I get in his face about this shit. Disgraceful.

As mentioned above, Murphy has since deleted the tweet and seems to be trying to move on. We’ll see if Vol Nation lets this one pass or if they’ll continue to be upset.
