Olivier Nkamhoua is headed to the Big Ten.

Nkamhoua chose Michigan over a host of other offers as his next college program.

Here’s his announcement:

Nkamhoua averaged a career-high 10.8 points per contest last season. He also totaled 5 rebounds and 2 assists per game during the 2022-23 campaign.

Nkamhoua was a 4-year contributor and a 2-year starter for the Vols. He made 58 starts for Tennessee over the past 2 seasons.

He’s one of several losses for the Vols this offseason as they prepare for the 2023-24 campaign. Julian Phillips and Tyreke Key have also moved on from the program.

However, Tennessee does return key players such as Zakai Zeigler, Josiah-Jordan James and Jonas Aidoo. The Vols have also been aggressive in the transfer portal this offseason and have added potential impact players at multiple positions.

Nkamhoua will have 1 year of eligibility remaining.
