Tennessee WR Jauan Jennings was dismissed from the program under interim coach Brady Hoke and then-AD John Currie at the end of last season.

However, new coach Jeremy Pruitt and new AD Phillip Fulmer are considering letting the talented receiver return to the team.

Pruitt discussed the possibility on Wednesday, and on Friday, Fulmer joined Sports Radio WNML and said Pruitt and Jennings are still trying to work things out (via 247Sports):

“I don’t know exactly where it stands right now because he and Jauan are still discussing,” Fulmer told the radio station. “I think he’s put some parameters around it, and I guess everybody’s got to figure out what those are and if they’re really going to do it.

“That’s up to them right now, and we’ll comment on that more when I know more.”

Jennings battled injuries all last year before being suspended just before he was able to return.

Will we see him back on Rocky Top in 2018? That remains to be seen, but it does appear to be trending that way.
