Tennessee adds 2 former South Carolina players to strength and conditioning staff
Recently, new Tennessee coach Jeremy Pruitt hired Craig Fitzgerald away from the Houston Texans to become the Vols’ new strength and conditioning coach.
Fitzgerald had previously served as the South Carolina Gamecocks’ strength coach, and now he’s bringing in some of his former players to join his staff.
According to reports on Saturday morning, former South Carolina LBs Byron Jerideau and Shaq Wilson are joining Fitzgerald’s staff:

Pruitt has pulled assistants from all over the country, both at the college and NFL levels, so it’s no surprise his strength staff will feature a couple of ex-Gamecocks.
The Vols have dealt with major injury concerns the past couple of years, so it’ll be interesting to see if this new staff can help keep players healthy in 2018.
