Tennessee snapped its 40+-year SEC Tournament title drought this year, winning a thrilling title in the men’s hoops event in Tampa.

Now, the Vols will have something to look forward to early in the 2023-24 season, too. This coming season’s Maui Invitational field includes teams like Arkansas, Arizona, Louisville, Ohio State and Texas Tech.

On Tuesday, the event announced that Tennessee, along with Kansas, Gonzaga, UCLA, Purdue, Marquette, Syracuse and Chaminade, would be participating in the 2023 Maui Invitational:

That is an incredibly deep and strong group of teams. Kansas just won the 2022 national title. Purdue, UCLA and Gonzaga have been some of the best teams in the country in recent years, too.
