Tennessee has landed a commitment from three-star wide receiver Josh Palmer out of St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. — the 28th member of its 2017 recruiting class.
Palmer released this statement on Twitter, announcing the news early Tuesday evening:

The 6-foot-2, 200-pound Florida receiver ranks as the No. 110 overall prospect from the Sunshine State, according to 247Sports. Palmer chose the Vols over scholarship offers from UCLA, Michigan, Penn State, Louisville and Nebraska, among others. Palmer recently decommitted from Syracuse.
Tennessee now has four receivers committed to its 2017 recruiting class, which ranks as the No. 11 overall class in the nation.
