Tim Tebow and Roman Harper issued a warning to Tennessee fans on Friday.

Tebow broke down what problems the Volunteers have faced as of late. The offense hasn’t looked like it did last year so far.

“No ability to run the football consistently. Inconsistent play at quarterback. Don’t quite have the same playmakers on the outside they did last year,” said Tebow. “Their defense, when they needed to come up with stops, couldn’t do it against Florida. Those are all big, critical things to win big time SEC games. The one thing that makes me the most nervous as a Tennessee fan is that you lost a physical matchup against Austin Peay.”

After laying out what has plagued the Vols, Tebow talked about what they need to do to win. Winning the battle in the trenches on both sides of the ball will be key.

“If I’m Tennessee, first we gotta win the line of scrimmage,” said Tebow. “I remember playing against Tennessee and that was the one thing you could count on was Tennessee would show up and hit you in the mouth and they would be super physical. For Tennessee to take the next step it’s gotta be the offensive and defensive line winning the matchup.”

Harper thinks Tennesse should be worried about Spencer Rattler. Rattler has been heating up much like he did towards the end of last season. Rattler has 1,272 yards passing with 8 total touchdowns through four games.

“Tennessee should be worried because Spencer Rattler’s playing really good right now. This guy is probably playing the best football of any other guy in this conference and probably one of the top ones in the whole country. He’s going through his reads, not fading out of the pocket, stepping up and climbing and delivering the football, and running when he has to. This guy’s playing at an all-time level that we anticipated him to be at last year.”
