Peyton Manning isn’t just a legend on the field. He’s one of the best off the field, too.

On Thursday morning, Gatorade released a new commercial that is fully dedicated to commemorating Manning for an 18-year professional career as one of the greatest quarterbacks to play in the NFL, but focuses on something that the future Hall of Famer did without a football in his hands.

“Over the course of his impressive 18-year career, Peyton Manning has reached out to hundreds of people with sincere handwritten letters,” the video description reads. “Recipients have included teammates and rivals, family and friends, coaches, celebrities and fans alike. Now, after 18 years, Gatorade pays tribute to the Sheriff using his own words.”

You’re going to want to watch this two-minute clip, which includes a handful of other star players, coaches and former teammates, such as Tony Dungy, Jeff Saturday, Derek Jeter, his brother Eli, and more:

What an awesome way to tribute Manning, who officially retired from the NFL in March. Nice work, Gatorade.
