Video: Jeopardy contestants miss embarrassingly easy Pat Summitt clue

All Pat Summitt did during her legendary career as Tennessee’s women’s basketball coach was win 1,098 games and eight national championships, so it’s understandable she would be forgotten in the annals of history.

Just kidding.

The Volunteer great passed away in 2016, but left behind a lasting legacy both on and off the court that will be remembered for a long time to come.

However, on Tuesday’s episode of Jeopardy!, the three contestants were stumped by an easy question about the iconic coach:

In the Double Jeopardy round, the players combined to answer every question in the baseball category correctly, so it’s not like they didn’t know anything about sports.

Unfortunately for them (and for the Tennessee fans who were probably screaming at their televisions), they couldn’t come up with the correct response.
