The Tennessee Volunteers officially announced that former QB Tee Martin was returning to the program on Saturday.
Martin will have a more defined role soon, but for now, he’s listed on the staff as an “assistant coach” for Jeremy Pruitt’s program.
As you can see below, the Vols welcomed back the former star quarterback with an incredible homecoming video:

Martin, of course, led the Vols to the 1998 national championship and also helped Tennessee win back-to-back SEC titles in 1997 and 1998.
Having him back will be a big help for the Vols, and it’ll be interesting to see what his official title ends up being, as he’ll serve under OC Jim Chaney on the Tennessee offensive staff.
