Former Florida QB Tim Tebow is no stranger to fiery motivational speeches, and he delivered another one on SportsCenter on Saturday morning.

This time, the recipient of the motivation was Tennessee, a team that has struggled in recent weeks and is set to take on No. 1 Alabama on Saturday afternoon.

As you can see in the video below, Tebow says this game will say a lot about the Vols’ heart:

“When you care about something, that’s what makes you get up and work,” he said. “In this game, it’s about time you have pride.”

The Vols haven’t scored a touchdown in their last 10 quarters, something that will obviously have to change if they want to even manage to keep things close in Tuscaloosa Saturday afternoon.

Check out Saturday’s action at 2:30 p.m. Central time on CBS.
