FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff crew picks massive Michigan vs. Texas showdown

FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff crew was live from Ann Arbor Saturday morning to set the stage for the Game of the Week across the country! That game features defending national champion and No. 10 Michigan hosting Texas, the No. 3 team in the country.
The game is not short on intriguing storylines with the Longhorns aiming for an early-season marquee win to jumpstart the Longhorns in their attempts for a return trip to the College Football Playoff. Meanwhile, Michigan is aiming to prove it is not just an afterthought in the title race in Sherrone Moore’s debut season as a head coach.
Heading into the game, Texas has been the betting favorite, an interesting distinction for a road team in a top 10 matchup. However, the Big Noon crew of analysts is in agreement — save for one Michigan holdout.
Charles Woodson, the former program legend for the Wolverines, went with his alma mater to get a one-possession victory at home. He was the only one to pick Michigan with the rest of the crew siding with the Longhorns, including 3 analysts predicting a double-digit victory for Steve Sarkisian’s program.
Here are the picks:
- Brady Quinn — 23-17 Texas
- Mark Ingram — 27-17 Texas
- Matt Leinart — 24-10 Texas
- Charles Woodson — 24-19 Michigan
- Urban Meyer — 32-21 Texas
This is going to be a good one regardless of the final outcome. Fans can check out the broadcast via FOX.
