Greg McElroy shared some of his thoughts on Saturday’s Texas vs. Michigan showdown on the latest episode of Always College Football.

McElroy is picking Texas to win on the road in Ann Arbor. Here’s his analysis on the matchup and why he favors the Longhorns:

“Based on what I saw last week, I think Texas is ahead of Michigan at this point,” McElroy said. “I think the offensive line of Michigan is a concern … I think the veteran play of Quinn Ewers gives Texas a slight advantage. He’s won big games and I think he can do so again on the road in what should be a hostile environment. I like the Texas Longhorns.”

Here’s video of McElroy’s full analysis on the game, including some relevant betting trends for this matchup:

Texas is currently favored by 7.5 points in this matchup, according to the latest odds from FanDuel. Texas covered the spread in Week 1 against Colorado State while Michigan failed to beat the number in its season-opener vs. Fresno State.
