Greg McElroy went on his podcast “Always College Football” to talk about the upcoming 2023 NFL Draft. There is one prospect that he believes is one of the safest picks on the board.

McElroy really likes what Texas RB Bijan Robinson brings to the table, declaring the former Longhorn as a “can’t miss guy” in this year’s draft.

“Number one is Bijan Robinson. This shouldn’t require a whole lot of explanation, just watch the guy. He’s a three-down back where he could play on first, second and third down. He can contribute in the passing game. He can run between tackles, he can run to the perimeter and he’s going to make guys miss in the open field. I love Bijan Robinson and I would take him right now if I were a running back-need team.”

Robinson played in 31 games for Texas. He also accounted for 3,410 yards rushing and 41 total touchdowns during his time in Austin.

Robinson helped Texas achieve an eight-win season in 2022 with one of the better wins coming against rival Oklahoma in a 49-0 shutout. The Longhorns faced Washington in the Alamo Bowl and lost 27-20.

ESPN’s Matt Miller predicted that Robinson will be taken by the Los Angeles Chargers in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft at pick No. 21.

What team should Robinson end up with?
