Kamar Mothudi, 4-star Texas LB target, sets commitment plans

Kamar Mothudi is ready to make his college commitment. Mothudi confirmed Monday that he will announce his college decision on Tuesday.
Mothudi, a blue-chip linebacker out of California, will reveal his commitment at 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET. He’s down to Texas, Michigan State, Oregon, Utah and Washington.

A standout of Los Alamitos (California), Mothudi’s listed measurements are 6-3, 220 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Mothudi is rated 4-stars, the No. 19 linebacker, No. 19 California recruit and No. 217 prospect overall in the Class of 2024.
Texas formally entered the mix for Mothudi when Steve Sarkisian’s staff extended a scholarship offer on May 8.
