Quinn Ewers is riding high right now.

The quarterback has led No. 2 Texas to a 2-0 start with wins over Colorado State and Michigan. Ewers has thrown for 506 yards with 6 touchdowns and just 1 interception to start the season.

Ewers has received praise in the past for his cool demeanor. The QB seemingly stays calm in the most stressful situations, and this cool, calm demeanor was tested AFTER the Week 2 game against Michigan.

While walking off the field in Ann Arbor, Ewers was approached by a young Michigan fan. The kid asked Ewers for a picture, which the QB happily obliged. However, as the dad was ready to take the picture, he could be seen instructing his kid to throw up a “Horns Down” sign.

As soon as Ewers sees this, he can be seen saying something to the pair and walking away with a smile on his face.

Ewers would have been within his rights to be annoyed by this maneuver and be angry. Instead, the QB handled the incident with grace and moved on.

This is a good look for Ewers and a horrible look for the dad. Athletes are not obligated to stop and take pictures, so don’t take advantage of their kindness, folks.
